Teresa has been a resident of various locations in South Charlotte since 1982. She enjoys buying and renovating homes. She has purchased four homes and sold three, giving her a great deal of personal experience that has been extremely beneficial to her real estate career. She loves to see the potential and possibilities in all homes.

Teresa graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelors’ of Science in Accounting. After graduation she obtained her Certified Public Accountant license. She practiced for 14 years in Public Accounting, specializing in accounting and taxation of the construction and real estate industries. Her knowledge of the mathematics related to purchasing and closing contracts is a great resource for her clients.

Since 1994 Teresa has been raising two children while performing seasonal tax and accounting consulting for former clients and associates. She attended the Mingle School of Real Estate and received her real estate license in July 2005. She recently completed the required education to be a real estate broker in the State of North Carolina.

In her “spare” time Teresa is involved in the following community activities:

Active member of Clemson University Women’s Council

Homeowners’ Association: Elected Treasurer-2006-Present
