Dana has been a North Carolina resident most of her life; growing up in Greensboro, attending NC Central University in Durham NC, residing in the Raleigh-Durham area for over 6 years, then moved to New Bern in 1993 and finally settling in the University area of Charlotte in 2007. Obtaining her Real Estate license from Craven Community College in 2005, Dana has worked as both a buyer’s agent and selling agent and has enjoyed every minute for almost a decade.

 

Dana has previously worked in management in the customer service arena of the airline industry for over 25 years and has definitely proved to be a “People Person”. Dana is also the mother of 2 teenage daughters and has truly mastered negotiating, tactical maneuvering and multi-tasking, all which enables her to be a great Realtor and advocate for our clientele.

Seeing potential in a house and having a vision to see it as a home is a passion Dana incorporates to help buyers and sellers find their dream homes. She is patient, knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to your specific real estate needs.

Dana is currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management from UNCC.
