Leland is a Virginia Beach native with formal educational background in Health, Fitness, and Recreation Resources from George Mason University. After spending 6 years in the Washington DC area, Leland and wife Hannah decided to settle in Charlotte where they have been for the past 5 years. Having worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, Leland brings to the table a heavy set of skills ranging from performance metrics analytics to logistics and budgeting. Leland has previous experience as a licensed closing coordinator where his logistical talents were put to good use. 

 

Getting his real estate start in the property management and rental industry, he has helped place hundreds of people into all areas of North Carolina over the years and loves every minute of it. Leland has worked with landlords, tenants, commercial clients, vacant land/lot owners, new construction, and residential resale price points reaching 2 million dollars and above. 

 

Leland joined the Rawson Realty Team in August of 2019 and is making quite a splash assisting clientele in the Lake Norman Area market.
